When I first stepped into the big big world of blogging ten months ago, I was hesitant and very nervous. But I was welcomed warmly with open arms by the members of the WordPress community and in no time I felt a sense of belonging and oneness. And now I am officially a part of the WordPress family. My two wonderful blogging friends family members Lori of Creating beauty in the kitchen and Nimmi of Adorable Life were kind enough to pass on the WordPress Family Award. This award must be the dearest to all those who received it because being a part of a family is the most cherished feeling of all.
Lori hosts a beautiful low glycemic and mostly gluten free blog and is a must visit for all fitness conscious people who want to eat deliciously healthy food.She is one wonderful warm hearted person who everyone would want in their family. Thank you Lori 🙂 for my most beautiful award.
Nimmi is the proud owner of an amazing blog which has seen big success in small time. She regularly posts delicious recipes accompanied by beautiful pictures. Thank you Nimmi for presenting this lovely award to me 🙂

I want to share a couple of my glass paintings which I had mentioned about in one of my previous posts. Most of them I have gifted away, so left with only a few of them. One of my blogging friends Justine wanted to see them. Never learnt the art , just did it for fun. So, here I present to you my attempt at glass painting. Lori and Nimmi, I hope after you see them you will still be proud to keep me in the family 😀

Actually most of the paintings I have already gifted to my friends and relatives. A few of them are adorning the walls of our home. You have truly inspired me dear friend to think about marketing it. Thank you so much ☺

I am touched by your kind comment. I truly, truly mean what I say. I wouldn’t say it otherwise. You should consider it. I have never seen such unique glass paintings. End of! And I know there’s a market these days where people want an original painting on their walls and are prepared to pay for it. Heavens…I know Morag Muir here and she makes a blooming packet! BUT I have never seen anything as unusual as what you’ve created here. Your use of colour is also nice. It’s bright, it’s eye catching. So honestly, give it some thought. The other thing is that the internet it a great place to sell things too these days.
