Thank you Hilda. I have been reading on the various health benefits of strawberries.”Strawberries are super fruits, bursting with powerful anti-oxidants and loads of vitamin C that will provide your skin with nourishing nutrients for healthy happy skin. Research shows that people who eat foods rich in vitamin C have fewer wrinkles and age related skin problems than those who don’t.” Even I was pleasantly surprised to know these little beauties had so much to offer.

Thank you so much for liking my post.As a matter of fact strawberries are quite good for diabetics.’According to research reported in the April 2010 issue of “The British Journal of Nutrition,” consuming strawberries and other berries may reduce the body’s overall glucose response after a meal’ You may have to however get hold of sugar free ice cream to make this dessert which is again easily available.😃🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍧

YaaaaY it looks like it worked Skd. If at first one fails, one tries and tries again eh? Good for you! So sweet for the shout out, thanks, you’re too kind. Love strawberries and cream, how very posh, it screams “teas in England”. They have the best tiny, sweet strawberries. Love your recipe. Enjoy your weekend, and thanks again 🙂

  9. Strawberries are a favorite and now just coming into season. I like the smaller ones best. This looks like a very easy dessert, just the type of thing I like. The ice cream ensures my husband will love it as well. One question…what is strawberry crush? I’m not familiar with it.

I like the smaller ones too Liz. They are sweeter and tastier. This dessert being easy to fix is a blessing when you have a sudden midnight dessert craving or when you have guests at home. I usually stack up on these ingredients. Strawberry crush is nothing but a strawberry syrup with pieces of crushed strawberries in it. If you cant get hold of it you can try strawberry syrup as well 🍓🍓🍓🍓
