As you all know I have been sharing healthy breakfast smoothies to beat the guilt of unhealthy eating in the festive season.This is the 4th and final week. - Week 1: Strawberry Banana Chiaseed
- Week 2: Apple Dates & Nuts
- Week 3: Pista Apple Chikoo & Almond
- Week 4: Banana Flaxseed Honey & Oats
Banana Flaxseed Honey & Oats Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. whole roasted oats
- 8 almonds
- 1/2 tsp. flaxseeds
- 1 tsp. honey
- 200 ml low fat milk
Blend together into a delicious smoothie.
There is no reason why you should not blend this tasty and healthy drink for yourself.
