- Milk : 1 litre
- Raspberry Custard : 6 tablespoons
- Sugar : 8 to 10 tablespoons
- Raspberry essence : 4 drops
- Oreo biscuits : 20
- Butter : 100gms
- Honey : 2 tablespoons
- Mixed Fruit tin : 1
- Sponge cake : 250gms
Boil milk with sugar. Dissolve custard powder in some milk and add to hot milk.Stir so that no lumps are formed. When it thickens take off heat.
Crush the biscuits and crumble in butter. Add honey to the mixture. Line a flat dessert bowl with this mixture and pat it to level up. Next, layer it up with slices of sponge cake.
Spray the cake with some fruit juice or liquid from the fruit tin.
Spread a layer of chopped fruits.Pour custard over it. Then spread another layer of fruits. Sprinkle some chocolate and coloured vermicelli. Chill and serve.
