
For those days when you are bored of poultry and lamb and you have a craving for something spicy and tangy, try this easy to make , simple fish fry. I love to make this dish with Rohu fish but you can try it with any other fish of your choice. But make sure they are thinly sliced.
Method:
Mix salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and fish pieces and preferably leave for an hour. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the fish till slightly crisp on each side. Remove on a plate and sprinkle some lemon juice . Serve hot with onion rings.

Not normally a big fan of fish, but this looks delicious! I should try to include more fish in my diet. That’s it! It’s a New Year’s resolution! 🙂 Angie.
