Aromas and Flavors trigger so many memories of wonderful days gone by, Childhood memories of Grandma’s kitchen, the school canteen, hanging out with college friends or that family barbecue outing. Certain aromas like the wafting smell of a cake baking in the oven, mom’s home cooking, onions frying , chicken on the grill create an instant craving for them. While Aroma is related to the sense of smell, flavor is the combination of a food items’ smell and taste. Aroma plays an important role in the flavor of a dish so much so by altering the Aroma, we can alter its flavor while keeping the taste intact.
Beautiful Aromas floating from a kitchen reflects a happy home. I always believe that the way to a person’s heart is through his or her stomach. So if you are out to impress your family or friends and make a special place in their hearts, cooking a beautiful dish is a sure shot way to it.
Balance the Aromas and Flavors in your cooking. It will go a long way in balancing your life with the Fragrance of love and Taste of happiness.
Each of the dishes included in this blog have been tried out personally in my kitchen . Go ahead and give ’em a try.
All the Best………

Hi at first glance your blog looks “delish”! I can’t wait to delve into it a little further. I’m new to the blog world but not so new to cooking/eating world. Also, there’s something I want to ask you if its alright? How do you build your community, get so many likes and views on your blog? I’m really struggling and I’ve already done a lot of the main stuff like posting facebook and social media, regular and (daresay) interesting updates and whatnot. Any advice would be great. Thanks a bunch! x

Of course you can feel free to ask. WordPress has a very supportive community. There is a community pool on WordPress. You can go there and leave your comment and link. Spend some time on other blogs which share the same interests as yours and like their posts and comment on them. You can build a rapport with them. And invite them to your blog. Start following some interesting blogs. You can also spend some time on freshly pressed and like other good posts. WordPress also conducts blogging classes regularly. You can follow them. They will be of great help. You can join some online parties . It does take some time but then it will be worth it.

Happy you liked my Massor Dal. In my short history of blogging it is definitely the most popular-one of the reasons it made an early apperance! I see you are adventurous with lamb. Do you have any suggestions for the two lamb hearts from my CSA? I made a stuffed version wrapped in bacon that was good but would love to give them an Indian twist.
Love and embrace your philosophy!

Hi Loretta ☺ I have missed your presence on my blog.I changed to this theme because the food pictures were looking bigger and better. The downside is the comments box is not visible unless the title of the post is clicked. Only then the comments box appears at the bottom of the post. Thank you so much for taking the trouble to comment. But please do. I have been missing it for a while now.
