Corn Fish is a delicious starter or snack dish which can be either deep fried or baked with not much difference to taste.
Marinate Fish fillets in your choice of spices. My personal favorites would be Salt, Red Chilli flakes, honey and garlic paste. Dust them with flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in crushed plain cornflakes. Either deepfry them , Pan fry with a spray of oil or just bake them for 25 minutes at 190 degrees celsius.

Oh yeah! You have to try it. Even the baked version is crunchy on the outside and beautifully tender inside.
