Fixing a dessert can’t get any simpler. You just need to have some basic ingredients in your pantry. Toss them up together, leave in the freezer for less than an hour…lo and behold! you have a delicious dessert ready to be served. You can make this in advance ,spoon it in individual cups, cover with plastic cling wrap and store it in the freezer. It will stay for weeks. It just needs to be taken out 10-15 minutes before serving. Comes in handy when there are unexpected guests.

  4. Great idea – anything with Oreos in them gets my immediate attention. I did look up rasgulla to get more info – cottage cheese and semolina dough – how unusual but I am sure delicious!
