Strawberry Banana Oats & Chia Smoothie
- 6 Strawberries hulled
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. roasted Oats
- 1/2 tsp. Chia seeds
- 250 ml. toned milk
- Soak the chia seeds in 1/4 cup water for at least half an hour(I prefer to soak them overnight).
- Blend all the other ingredients.
- Add the soaked chia seeds and stir.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
